Help with pvp please?

I am not very good with pvp and i want to at least get captain ranking.
Looking for any helpers, or tutors!

I would tutor you if you were a lower level than me. You see, I'm level 30, compared to your 86. If anyone between you and I should be tutored, it would be me! (no offense to myself)
