I saw someone with this and i just had to have it. I wanted to stitch the look of this item on to my crafted robes.
when i found out it was a pvp item i was a little intimidated by the task i would have to perform to get it. earn 1,000 arena tickets from scratch. I have like 60 wins and 60 losses so far so my win vs loss ratio is 50/50 and i am half way to my goal with nearly 500 tickets so far.
I often go to look at what i hoped would be mine never paying
attention to the details until i browsed through the housing item vendor at the arena. I noticed i could not purchase housing items that i clearly had enough tickets to get. why because i do not have the required rank...
I have pretty much always maintained the lowest rank having a 50/50 win loss ratio, through shear dumb luck i was able to make it to corporal and sergeant a few times with just lucky winning streaks.
Is their a way to achieve my goal without being forced to become some pvp elitist? I just want one item and to be able to have it long enough to stitch it onto something else. once i get enough arena tickets is it possibly to have a group of friends join ranked pvp and let me beat them so i can simply rise in rank to purchase this item? or is their a easier way? or do i have to actually just cross my fingers eye's and toes and grit my teeth and pvp until i am lucky enough to rack up enough wins over my losses to get the required rank just to make a one time purchase?

Not anymore, for awhile the guy's commander robe was available through the fantasy palace bundle. The girl's never was. Just develop a winning strategy. Depending on your school I could have some advice.

Luck really doesn't have that much to do with pvp. If you want to win, find a better strategy. This can range from Normal Tactic 1: cast shields for half an hour and then remember that your supposed to actually fight all the way to the other extreme of Normal Tactic 2: cast enchanted attacks over and over until one of you loses. The second method is generally better than the first for rapid ranking. Anywhere in between these two extremes is something that requires a bit more tactical planning to pull off, and isn't the best path for people who hover around private-corporal.
You can buy the Guardians attire in the crown shop for gold. It isn't exactly the PvP robe you want, but it does look similar and will suffice, if you like it.
