a question about pvp

ok so I have a question about pvp, (hypothetical as far as you know lol) what happens if you lose so many pvp matches that your pvp ratting goes below zero? is their a penalty? does your rating reset?

You stay at zero. Once you hit it, you won't go below.

The lowest rating is 0. If you lose at 0 rating, your rating is still 0. The rating does not reset, there is no penalty or negative rating. Just 0.
