Any pet with Spritely, Fairy Friend, Unicorn, Batusi, Energizing Battery, or a combination of these talents manifested MAY heal in combat. Some first-generation pets that you buy with golds or crowns or that you receive as a drop have one, perhaps two heals in their pools. All of the hard-core healing pets I know of were obtained through repeated hatching and the luck of the healing talents all manifesting on the same pet.
