Can somebody please give me some tips to get the other persons pet when hatching .

There are no tips. You have no control over it. It's 100% chance. If you don't get the pet you wanted, try again, that's all you can do.

Here is a good guide on that subject. Altho it usually is a 50 50 chance it is more likely you will get the most common pet back in the hatch.
