I have been thinking that it would be a very good idea to show the amount of XP needed for the pet to its next level, below the pedigree of the pet etc. This could be implemented either as an xp bar or as simple numbers (like 48/250). I am in the hatchery often and sometimes wonder how much more xp someone has to get in order to level their pet. Even if you don't do it beneath the pedigree on the pet, at least put it in the window when you look at other people's pets so that it can be easily seen.
