Storm Hound drop rate

I have heard that Malistaire drops the Storm Hound, is that true? If it is, does anyone know the exact drop rate of the Storm Hound from Malistaire? Storm Hound is like my all time favorite pet, :-P. STORM HOUND RULES

he does drop the pet but it is under 1%, if not .5%
