quest for pet level 98 error

when I reach level 98, the teacher did not give me the quest I try to log off log back on that didn't work and I try to retrace my steps that didn't work ether what should I do from here?

Did you finish the quests for the 58 and 78 pets you won't be given the 98 pet quest until you complete those two
