I recently got my magma colossus, and it is a very good pet right, so it should have very good talents but again when I leveled it from baby to teen, I got a moral boster which add 50 to intelect which is useless to me because I never pet derby, so I have one question, how do I get it so that my Magma Colossus learns better talents.

You can't, it is the luck of the draw. I have 'set aside' many pets so far as they got too many of those types of talents. Now, it isn't really a complete loss, as that skill will boost other talents, but....
