i crafted Abros Cereal for my pet, it just need a troll card, shadow oil and a glass vial. gives 6 points too.
if one of your bars is full the points go onto an empty one so you get all the points.
just do the maze and get a score of 70 then you are sure to get 10 points where you need them everytime.

the commons areas in each world have recipe sellers but i found the guy on the left as you enter digmore station had really good ones.
