I want to know if I breed my damp demon that gives a dragon blade at baby with my stone colossus can I get a stone colossus with the dragon blade spell.

Nope, pet item cards not part of a talent cannot be passed down. It's always on pets that get it at birth (so if you got a damp demon using your damp demon with dragon blade. The child damp demon will have it)
