I know where one of them is. There is a pet shop in the krokaspinx ran by a mander named Rehim Bashala. He can sell you a heck hound and an ice salamander.

If you go to wizard101central.com, they have a guide that tells you all of the pet drops and where to find them. You may have to farm them but eventually you'll get it. :D

Well the fire salamander is dropped by prince manu nirini the firs tboss in the dungeon chamber of fire.
