Pet combonations

I was planning on finding someone to hatch a pet with my hydra with any level 48 school pet but i was wondering what are the odds of me getting one of the combo pets like the tempest pet and stormdancer and the jade hound what are the odd of me getting one of those kinds of pets.

I am not sure about what kind of combinations can come from certain pets. I have a helephant, and i would like to know how to predict rare hatches.
