I got him from the Islander hoard pack, I'm just curious of how rare it is to get him.

All pet drops are rare to ultra-rare, but that doesn't mean there won't be a ton of them run around. This pack is still new so my guess is that the little Kahuna guy won't be rare for long. :)
It is pretty rare I suppose. I haven't seen many of them lately, just like one or two .... But the pack just came out so the population of tikis is most likely to increase next week or so. Enjoy it now while its rare so you can rub it in your friends faces lol
