I'm Ready for My Pet to Compete in the Derby

I'm ready for my pet to compete in the Pet Derby but I'm worried. What strategies should i follow? Here are my pet's stats:
Strength 230/230
Intellect 200/200
Agility 275/275
Will 190/190
Power 200/200
Stage: Ancient
Pet: Snowbeast

Talents:
Cunning
Extra Mana
Unshakeable

Derby Talents:
Dead End
Stone Wall
Bananas!

Hopefully you can give me some advice on competing in the pet derby!

All i need is some strategies for the Pet Derby. You probably think i'm crazy if my pet's stats are trained to the max and i still place lower, but i really need strategies!

Um I don't really know how to help you just spam the cheer button when you're on cobblestone.
