If you were looking at getting a first generation pet with those talents, you won't find any. Damage, resist and heals on a pet are possible through many many hatchings by people to get the talents they want on one pet, albeit a regular pet or a school-specific pet.

Personally, I do like to have damage, resist and heals in all of my pets. I do have multiple pets for each of my wizards, each with slightly different talents, depending on what I need for a battle, or just to have to change my 'look'.

A good starter pet for Ice or any school, is the Starfish. You may end up buying and hatching a few but it makes a good base pet for Spritely and Spell Proof.

You may have to hitch a ride to Celestia Base camp where the pet vendor sells them for 10,000 gold.
