As your pet grows, it learns traits called Talents and Abilities. Abilities are only used in the Pet Derby, but Talents aid you in training and in battle. Some talents may cast blades or shields occasionally, others will raise yours (or the pets) stats or even give a card! Level up your pets to see how they can help you!
