Hatching Sigil Not Active

Hi,
I am having problem with talking to professor in the hatching lab and also my standing any sigil does not work to activate the process. Is that my pets are not yet in adulthood, or any program glitch? Or any help for me?

As explained to you in the initial Pet Pavilion quest, you must have at least one ADULT pet to participate in Hatching.

If you wish to match two of your own pets, they must both be ADULT.
