forlorn sabertooth

I just hatched a pet yesterday with my Nightwalker with a friend's Forlorn Sabertooth. I just trained it and at teen, it gives the spell of Virulence. Can some one tell me what that spell is all about or what it does

Virulence is the Death Aura you learn in Azteca. When your pet casts it, it lasts for five rounds. Here are the stats it gives:
+25% Outgoing Damage
+10% Incoming Damage
+5% Power Pip Chance
