Crown pet shop?

Some of the new pet drops say crowns only. But when I look in the crowns shop they are not there, do they really sell them for crowns? And if they do, where at?
By the way the pet that was crowns only was Ianthine Spectre or something like that.

That Crown pet may have been removed due to "newer" pets.
