On this page https://www.wizard101.com/game/advancedpets it says pets can cast thier own spells in battle and i've heard more things like this. Is it true? If it is, do they act like minions or something? Anything you could add would be SOOO helpful. THX! XD
Casting a spell during battle is a talent a pet may learn. I have a life minotaur that MAY cast life ward. She doesn't do it often. When she does, the camera focuses on the pet and they do a little dance without leaving your side as the house symbol appears at their feet. It is sort of cute.
I there are pets that can cast wards, charms or traps; the pet has to have a talent that lets it do so. I don't have a pet with one of these talents, so I don't know how often they cast.
