buying pets at the arena

recently i have tried to buy a pet at the arena in unicorn way and it won't let me if any one can tell me what i have to do to buy a pet there it would be appreciate. thanks :-)

you have to rank up in pvp the lowest u can buy is vet or serg i forget

since the change over the lowest rank to obtain a pet is captain. i really want that storm elf he looks cool.
