The only pet that has May Cast Fairy is the Nutcracker. The Pixie Queen gives one card, but that's not the same. here are all the possible 'may cast' talents:

Maybe some other people have it with their pets though. Seems like I have seen it in other pets.
i don't delve into pet talents, since the only talent i care for is spritely and i already have that on my brave hound; so excuse me if anything's inaccurate. i do know however, that the only pet that has may cast fairy as a first generation ability (meaning that you don't have to keep on hatching to get the talent) is the nutcracker, and that is only sold around december. hatching is always a good start, though it may take a long time and tons of gold will be used.
