this issue isnt with the account rather the game. every time i've tried using quick hatch with gold it would never work. i've tried logging out and logging back in. I've also tried restarting my computer router and anything you can think of yet it still wont quick hatch. i always ended up having to wait for the egg to hatch. does anyone know why this is or how i can fix it??

Hello! I would try contacting Customer Support. If anyone else has had this problem, let us know. I haven't had this issue.
