Pet Missing

Hi I'm Luke Nightblood Level 59 Diviner and I completed the Kraken mission and the icon appeared to the left side of the screen saying I got it, but it's not in my backpack at all. I got the quest from my teacher and everything. Any suggestions on what happen? I really do not want to do that quest all over again.

Your backpack was full when you completed the quest (and is still full)
Sir Lulu is in your bank.
