Ianthine Spectre Drops

Does the Gurtok Demon hate me or something!? I have killed it over 20 times and it still has not dropped the Ianthine Spectre. Is this a normal amount of times you need to kill it to get it to drop? Because if it is, I'd like to know so I don't feel like I am going crazy anymore.

Pet drops are always very rare drops, but they are also very random. 20 times isn't abnormal at all. I have tried for some pets and got them after 1-2 tries, others took 100+ tries, most probably took more like 20-40 tries.
