I have a rescue rover with spell proof and spell defy. Sadly, it also has ice talents I am trying to breed out, so I can hatch it with a leaf foot, and make a nice resist pet for my life wizard. How do I do this? Do I hatch rover with leaf foot, train leaf foot to adult, and if I don't get spell proof, hatch again? And if so, which gen of the leaf foot do I hatch-1st or 2nd? Then the question becomes if I get spell proof at adult on the leaf foot, and I train to ancient, then get an ice talent, how do I breed that out of the next generation of leaf foot? Or am I going about this all wrong, and should I be trying to breed the ice talents out of the rescue rover?
There's the possibility I am making this too complicated, but I am struggling here. Any advice is really appreciated!
