Zeke won't give me his oyster quest!

I was going to do Zeke's "Find the Oysters" quest. When I went to MooShu, he didn't have a quest for me to do.

Okay, do you have to complete the previous world's "find this" quest before you do the next world? Because I haven't done the Marleybone quest.

Yes, young Wizard, you must complete Stray Cats in Marleybone before Zeke will offer you the Blue Oyster Cult quest in MooShu.
