When I went to the place where it says the keyholder was he wasnt there! :-( My friend told me to logout out and log back in. I did but he still wasnt there!! Can anyone help me?

Well, he is just a regular looking guy walking around the area the map shows. He is not in a building or anything. He was right on a sharp corner when I did that quest. Hope that's all it is and not a glitch.
