Village of Sorrow:The oyster is to the right of the Town Dojo, near the walkway. The book is in a hut south of the village at the end of a dead end path. On the map it is next to a ghostly bovine. You fight Fushiko there.
Shoshun: To the left of Sun Hing, behind a house.
Kishibe: Behind a well, next to Mossback.
Tree of Life: In the Courtyard with the Tree, against a wall.
Shirataki: In the courtyard behind Din Ho, near the foot of a statue.
