It is on the inside ring, go up the North (I believe) steps from the tree itself and it is against the wall. Took me quite a bit of time to find it too.
I dont even know where to get that quest. If its Zeke my game is having a problem
Zeke gives the oyster quest but before he does, you must finish all of Zeke's quests from previous worlds. If you still have one cat to find, he won't give you the oyster quest.
