I have looked and looked and looked it is the only book of mooshu left I need to get. I have gotten the whole rest of the world done it is all i have left to find where is it i have spent hours running around the burning shell of a town and can not find it. Help please where is it?!?

It is in Do Daga Dojo (hut). This link shows a map:
He is not listed on this map, but his hut is on the road in the lower left corner of the map. It is the hut "in the middle of that road".
When you get to Hametsu Village, look at your map. You should see his picture in the lower left section. His hut is covered by his picture (in the middle of the road).
