I have to come to the fact that now, the quest tracker and the map are lieing where the courier is. I saw the courier earlier go in one direction. But then, I didn't have the quest to defeat him yet. So, when I did get the quest, he was nowhere in ALL of Hametsu Village. If this is a bug, please fix the bug.
