I helped a friendon his quest in Moosu and we won in the dungeon. Now I have the same quest and when I enter the dungeon to fight, the characters are not there because I already beat them. I cannot move on to other quests because this is still in my quest book. Help, what do I do? Flint Shadowflame Level 46
Did you wait half an hour so it could reset itself? If not, wait a couple days. I had a similar problem, waited a couple days, and it reset itself. If you can't wait, contact support.
Go into the dungeon, then immediately turn around and exit it through the same door/portal. You'll get a popup message warning you that you'll lose all your progress. Ignore that and exit the dungeon anyway. That resets the dungeon. You can go directly back in, and the dungeon should be fresh.
