Small fires quest (Hametsu Villiage)

I cant put out the small fires in hametsu village for some reason is the quest bugged

For some reason the fires aren't restarting. Try changing servers.

The fires where not respawning for me the other day so I just went to another realm and finished the quest.

Me too but I just waited and finished a couple of quests then they appeared

i've actually tried switching realms, changing area's and logging off and they still haven't come up yet.

that happened to me to you just have to switch realms
