Help! I need to talk to Woo Ping in the Shrine of the Mind. Does anyone know were this is? My quest helper arrow is sending me in circles. I don't even know what village to start in. Please help.

That was the same problem I had trying to find the Cave of Solitude.

The Shrine of the Mind (and Body and Spirit) can be found in Kishibe Village.

Start at Jade Palace. Go to the Shoshun Village entrance. Then go left to get to Kishibe Village.
