Quest:reading into the past i cant find book in vi

I found all the over books but i cant find the one in village of sorrow i looked all over the village!

It's in Fushiko's room ... if you can't find it, its probably a bug situation.

um the goat ghost, or satyr ghost or what ever he is sends you to clean some ghost's house. its in that house

I found the book, but when I went to talk to the goat in the commons(can't remember his name lol) his question mark was still gray. My quests said to talk to him as if I were finished with the quest. Anyone know what I should do?
