I am in mooshu and i went to one of the oyster locations before getting the quest so then i got the quest and it didnt let me get the oyster that i went to before i got the quest :( Help me please :(

Sounds like a glitch because just because you walk over an oyster shouldn't mean it's inaccessible for the quest. Try logging out/back in and see if that corrects it. If not, take a screen shot and send it to support.
