Plague Oni

I've completed all the quests for mossback and dinh ho and talked to wave bringer. I still can't get in to fight plague oni. is there something else i should be doing to fight plague one in shiritaki temple?

The template is right behind Wavebringer -- you should be able to just run up the steps and go in.
