I am level 48 and have never received the oyster quest. How did I miss it? Can anyone help me?

The oyster quest is from Zeke, who is standing by the fairgrounds in MS.

However, I believe you need to complete his quests in all the previous worlds (not including Grizzleheim).

Correct. You must complete the cats to go on to oysters. Same thing with smiths, etc,

first you have to fing the smiths [ wizard city] then you can find the beatels in [ krok] then the cats [ marlybone] then you can find the oysters in mooshu and whatever you find in ds i am not up to it and if you are level 20 or up you can find the yard birds in grizzlam hope this helped
