You don't get it for just defeating the War Oni.

To get Peacemaker you have to do all the main and side quests in Hametsu Village, Tatakai Outpost and Crimson Fields.

Sorry, but you're wrong. Like I posted above, in order to get the Peacemaker badge you have to do all the main and side quests in Hametsu Village, Tatakai Outpost and Crimson Fields.
