same thing happened to me. i just wrote a big post. i couldn't talk to anyone, didn't get the message about ambrose or drake, beat the oni and everything but still no dragonsprye!

be sure to talk to the emperor after defeating jade oni..... he will have the quest to talk to merle and defeat cyrus drake and from there is all up hill to dragonspyre
