Whenever I find a clam in mooshu, It does Not give me a pearl! And no, I did not already get them.

The clams in Mooshu are actually oysters needed for the Blue Oyster Cult quest given by Zeke.

For Pearls, you will need to visit Celestia's underwater areas.

For Black Pearls you need to harvest them from Black Lotus.
