MooShu Library please read this

A few months ago in MooShu I found a shop by the oyster in Jade Palace
It had book signs next to the door and me and my friends can't get in is it a Library or something? Can we ever enter it?

I know the building you mean, and I agree it does look like a library, but at this time there isn't a library in MooShu.

I think the residents of MooShu found it difficult to turn the pages of a book, being hooved and all. ;)
