Mooshu book (PLEASE help)

The last book I need to get is in the Village of Sorrow, I followed the yellow arrow to where the book is. The book is in a house but I can't get in, how do I get in?

You have to pick up the (side) quest to enter into the house in the village.

I found out! Go to the Yoshitio Temple and go to the Village of Sorrow. Talk to Wei Pei and do all his quests, you'll end up fighting this boss where the book is.
