Mooshu Air Shrine Not Working

The Moosho Air Shrine is not working for me- the quests I have right now are the air shrine and defeating the oni. I have done all other shrines, but when I get up to the Air Shrine nothing happens. I have left and gone back and it still doesn't work. Help!

This comes up several times monthly. It's been answered many times. A simple search of the forum would find many answers, several of those by me.

You must do the shrines in a certain order. Specifically, you need to do the Earth Shrine first.

Talk to Din Ho.
Activate Earth Shrine.
Activate Air Shrine.
Activate Fire Shrine.
Activate Spirit Shrine.
Fight Wavebringer.
