Lydia Greyrose spell quest

I am level 47. My wizard's name is Chelsea Raventail and I am an Ice wizard. I have to do things for Lydia Greyrose to get a spell but it isnt a quest. She told me to go to Mooshu and speak to the greeter of the spiral. I assumed that is Su Lee. Am I going to the right person because it wont let me talk to her.
