can someone help me? im having a problem logging in. Whenever i login on my lvl 32, which is in the cave of solitude, it says the area is not ready to venture in or something like that. any help?

Our customer support team can help you - they may need to reset the location of your Wizard so that rather than logging into that area, you log in just outside and can then run into that area.

Send an email to support@wizard101.com and when you contact support, please ensure that you give us:
->the account name
->the character name
->as much information about what you encountered as you can, including error messages or screenshots

NEVER send us:
->your password
->your full credit card information

The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved.

it just means that it is not done loading yet
