Level you get Mooshu

Hello, I am a lvl 38 Life wizard and I am trying to learn a new spell but I need to get into Mooshu. What level do I get Mooshu?

Side Note- I powerleveld a few times.

You get to Mooshu after you complete Marleybone...not before no matter your level. You must complete all main storyline quests there first.

You just need to keep doing mainline quests, there is no specific level.

You get to mooshu as soon as you beat marleybone.

Mooshu isn't a set level, you get it after you finish Big Ben in Marleybone.

My characters both got into Mooshu at these levels:

Character 1: level 42

Character 2 (current character): level 29

Well, in order to get to Mushu, you have to complete Wizard City, Krokotopia, and Marleybone. If you're doing all the side quests, then you should get to Mushu at around level 37 or 38. If you're not doing the side quests, then around level 30.
