is there some trick to getting the infected skin samples? I see the quest, I see the villagers but I walk up to them and nothing happens... Help!
I could be wrong in the way that I remember this, but as I recall, you have to attack the infected villagers walking around on the road, not the ones standing on the side of the road, to get the infected skin samples.
